It may be that your product/service is not meeting their needs. It is not providing solutions to their problems or your target market feels/think that what you are solving is not that big of a problem to them. If your product or service is not providing solutions to problems important to your customers, then you have to fine tune it.

Customers only buy solutions to their current needs be it physical or psychological. If your product/service solves an important problem but they can’t see it, then show or tell them the product benefits in your presentations, advertising and promotional materials.
